Integral Eye Coaching is a contemporary and integrative Life Coaching approach offered by Moses Silbiger, M.A.

This coaching approach is based on an Integral-Developmental vision that takes into account various areas of our lives as a whole in simultaneous, complementary and synergetic ways.

Integral Coaching services are based on Life Coaching, Integral Psychology and Developmental Psychology frameworks.

The Integral Eye Coaching program can be personally tailored to facilitate improvement, integration and transformation of many aspects of our "being" and "being in the world", in a continuous process of awareness, self-discovery, mastery and actions.

The coaching program basically focus on three complementary dimensions of life: Personal, Interpersonal, and Practical - plus a meta-dimension related to the Cross-Integration among them.
