*Integral Coaching is an emergent concept of coaching coming from an avant-garde trend in the US and other developed countries related to a new demand of personal training, counseling and support services based on an inter-disciplinar, holistic and integrative perspective - including personal, interpersonal, professional, practical and systemic aspects.

The Integral Coaching method is based on Ken Wilber's Integral Theory framework (AQAL) allied with several self-improvement and developmental techniques, including application of groundbreaking and innovative research, tools and practices based on Integral-Developmental Psychology, Integral Sustainability, Training and Education.
